Start-ups are ditching co-working

UK start-ups are beginning to outgrowing their co-working spaces and are looking for private offices. In fact, 43% more searches were made for private offices over co-working space in 2017, according to Hubble.

This is a reflection of ‘scale-up Britain’ as small start-ups starting out in co-working spaces, grow up and increasingly require dedicated facilities, says Hubble.

And one big change is that private offices can easily be rented on rolling contracts, so scale-ups can still get the flexibility of co-working spaces but with private facilities.
