Print that electric bike
The world’s first entirely 3D printed e-motorcycle has been kickstarted. Conceived by German 3D printing specialist BigRep, the Nera E-Bike also boasts the likes of airless tires, embedded electronics, forkless steering and sensor technology.
The only elements not 3D printed on the two-wheeler are its electronic components.
Harley-Davidson announced earlier this year that it is looking to roll out its first electric motorbike LiveWire, in 2019. The new bike will be followed by a portfolio of two-wheeled EVs.
