The subscription economy is moving into the workplace. Office workspace provider Knotel is rolling out its own furniture line – Geometry – aimed exclusively at its tenants as a subscription service.

Knotel, which fashions itself as a ‘headquarters as a service’ outfit for companies with up to 300 employees equips and manages ‘Agile HQs’ on a flexible basis, allowing tenants to add or reduce office space as required.

The US-based company, which is backed by real estate firm Newmark Knight Frank, is looking to expand further beyond its home base and into Europe and plans to open for business in Dublin before the year-end. Knotel already boasts presences in London, Berlin and Paris.
