Brexit falls flat in London

The developer of London high-rise Centre Point has pulled its flats off the market rather than sell them at deflated prices caused by Brexit fears. Almacantar has only managed to sell half of the 80-plus luxury flats in the building to date.

Where once London was an overseas investors’ prime target, more than half of the almost 2,000 ultra-luxury flats built in the UK capital last year failed to sell.
