UK craft brewer Brewdog has produced a Donald Trump protest beer in response to the US president’s announcement earlier this year to withdraw from the Paris Agreement. The Make Earth Great Again brew contains ingredients sourced from regions affected by climate change – including water from melted ice glaciers and Arctic cloudberries.

The company is promising that all proceeds from Make Earth Great Again will be donated to 10:10, a charity lobbying for legislative changes relating to global warming.

“We decided to make a statement and brew a beer that could have a direct, positive impact on climate change, both through supporting an organisation making a difference, and providing a vehicle for craft beer fans to make their voices heard by the establishment,” says Brewdog.

During the summer, Brewdog announced plans to build a real bar straddling the US-Mexican border, with half of it in Texas and the other half in Chihuahua.

"We will request official permission from the local authorities to put it there and adhere to any red tape stuff, but I guess it would make it more difficult to build a wall if there's a BrewDog bar in the way," the company said.
