An easy, singular wine

The song Peaceful Easy Feeling was released by the Eagles back in 1972, written by songwriter Jack Tempchin. Now it’s on the shelves as a Peaceful Easy Feeling Cabernet Sauvignon, the result of a partnership between Tempchin and California’s South Coast Winery. And the label features a painting, Guitar and Bird, from Sheryl Tempchin, the songwriter’s artist wife.
Last year, by the way, to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the song, the mayor of San Diego proclaimed 1 December Peaceful Easy Feeling Day in the southern California city.
Also last year, US band Train also released a Cabernet Sauvignon by the name of California 37, the title of their new album. And who could forget the Kiss Army collectible wine set, Kiss Army Etched Wine Cabernet Sauvignon and the Kiss This Destroyer Cabernet Sauvignon?
